PEAR AND SEMOLINA PUDDING

PEAR AND SEMOLINA PUDDING

When babies go to sleep without feeling full, they tend to wake up frequently during the night. Over time, this can become a routine, and they may start needing extra food in the middle of the night. For this reason, many mothers feed their babies pudding made from rice flour or semolina before bedtime. Since this type of pudding is both filling and gentle on the stomach (non-gassy), it is commonly preferred as an evening meal for babies aged 6 months and older.

It’s also a mother’s role to help children develop a habit of eating fruits. By mixing fruits into supplementary foods, they can prepare nutritious, vitamin-rich meals. Among fruits, pears are high in fiber, rich in vitamins C and K, aid digestion, and support heart health. If your baby struggles with constipation, pear-based meals can be especially beneficial.

You can comfortably feed the recipe below to babies aged 7 months and up.
