I want to cancel my order, what do I do?
Returns must be made with the invoice, product accessories, original box or packaging. To start the process; Click on 'My Account' from the 'Log In' section at the top right of Organickid.com.tr. You should click on the 'Order Detail' button in the My Orders section and select the 'Cancel' or 'Return' button. Take the printout of your invoice, specify the reason for the return, and send the product to us with the above address and our contracted cargo company, Yurtici Cargo.
You can also cancel your order by contacting us from the contact, live help or customer service section. You should follow the return process for orders that have been shipped.
What are the return conditions?
You can return the unused, unwashed, undamaged, inner/outer labels that you bought from organickid.com.tr within 14 days. The return of products that have been opened, used, washed or damaged by consumer cannot be accepted. Mask and underwear returns are not accepted for baby and child products due to hygiene conditions. Please send the product to be returned with a petition or return form containing the product invoice and your order number.
Pursuant to the law published in the Official Gazette dated 23.08.2022 and numbered 31932 by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, as of 01.10.2022, return shipping costs (excluding Defective, Incorrect, Faulty Products) are covered by the buyer.
How long can I return the product?
You can return the product you purchased to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cargo, within the scope of return conditions.
With which shipping company should I return the product?
In accordance with the above conditions; If you send the product you want to return with Yurtici Cargo, our contracted cargo company, the shipping fee belongs to our company.
The conditions regarding which side will pay the shipping fee for the products you want to exchange are as follows;
If the sent product is wrong, incomplete or defective by the 'SELLER', all shipping charges belong to the SELLER.
The 'BUYER' who wants to exchange the sent product with a different product covers the shipping fee for the product itself. After the product is exchanged, the 'SELLER' pays the shipping fee and the 'BUYER' does not pay the shipping fee to receive the product.
My product was damaged during shipping, what should I do?
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the cargo company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
In cases where it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
What is the process after the return?
Returns of products that have been delivered in accordance with the return conditions and that have been approved by our inspection will be made within 7 working days. For product return payments, money transfer will be reflected in the system within 2 business days, and Credit Card returns will be reflected in the system within 3 business days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. After the "Cancelled" warning about your order is displayed, the entire amount is returned to your credit card or to your bank to which you made the transfer. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card as a plus balance every month.
