Vegetable pilaf with brown rice
Necessary materials:
1 piece fresh artichoke
½ cup of fresh peas
1 piece of fresh carrot
1 medium sized onion diced
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
½cup brown rice
1 cup of meat or chicken stock
few sprigs of dill
Preparation:
First, start the other processes by letting the rice soak in a deep bowl with enough hot water to cover it. Then, sauté the diced onions in olive oil for a few minutes in the pot where you will cook the pilaf, and then add the diced artichokes. Then add the peas to this mixture and sauté for another 2-3 minutes. After washing the soaked rice in a strainer, add it with the broth and leave the rice to cook on low heat. Apple Banana Oatmeal Custard
Necessary materials:
1 medium red apple
1 medium ripe banana
4 Tablespoons of oat flour (you can grind it in a rondo)
1 teaspoon of oat bran
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
less than 1 teaspoon of butter
1 tablespoon of unsalted and mashed cheese
1 teaspoon of mulberry molasses
Preparation of:
Put diced apple, banana oat flour and bran and cinnamon in a medium saucepan, add water to cover it and put it on the stove. Keep mixing until it thickens. When the water is absorbed, add the buttermilk, cheese and mulberry molasses, turn off the stove and pour it into the serving bowl and leave it to cool.
