So what should the ideal menu be for babies:

In infant nutrition, breast milk meets all the energy and nutrient requirements necessary for the healthy growth of the baby, including the water requirement for the first 6 months.

After the sixth month, supplementary foods such as yogurt, fruit and soup should be given in addition to breast milk.

Meals prepared by adding ground beef and adding rice or bulgur (stuffed zucchini, stuffed peppers, juicy meatballs, etc.)
